Architects of creation
The Genesis Council stands at the Fifth Tier, above the other Great Celestial Powers. Complete inherent authority over the Divine Edict of Creation belongs exclusively to these five True Gods, and unlike lower tiers it is not divided into ordinary branches. While lesser beings may exceptionally channel or appropriate fragments of divine power, such derivative access never confers genuine Fifth-Tier authority. The Council’s supreme aspects reach the fundamental laws, matter, life, death and boundaries of reality itself.
The five members embody distinct supreme aspects of that authority: Ordinus holds Absolute Order; Saphel holds Ultimate Creation; Viridar holds Life & Wild Mutation; Noctarion holds Absolute End; and Astraia holds Boundaries & Space. Their role explains why Tier V is qualitatively different from every lesser form of power.
Ordinus
Absolute Order, cosmic law, and direct authority over the passage of time, holding the power to impose an immutable fate through the structure of reality.
Saphel
Ultimate Creation, fundamental matter, and physical making: authority over creation from nothing and the structural foundations of the world.
Viridar
Life & Wild Mutation: authority over genuine life, true sentience, vitality, and evolution, including the power to restore the truly dead.
Noctarion
Absolute End: True Death, entropy, and finality—the irrecoverable metaphysical ending of created things.
Astraia
Boundaries & Space, dimensional integrity, and the protection of reality’s divisions.
